- 01
Concrete Foreman
Lead our concrete crew on luxury custom-home shells across Collier and Lee counties. You're on site every day, sequencing pours, calling inspections, and keeping the schedule on track.
Responsibilities
- Sequence and supervise concrete pours from footings through tie beams
- Verify rebar placement and forms before every pour
- Coordinate with pump trucks, ready-mix suppliers, and adjacent trades
- Photograph and document each phase before engineer sign-off
- Call inspections only when the phase is ready to pass
Requirements
- 5+ years running concrete crews on residential or light commercial shells
- Strong working knowledge of Florida Building Code and structural drawings
- OSHA 10 minimum; OSHA 30 preferred
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a strong plus
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record

Site Superintendent
Own the shell from groundbreak to dry-in. You're the daily decision-maker on multiple luxury custom-home jobs — running crews, coordinating trades, and the single point of contact between the office and the site.
Responsibilities
- Run 2–3 active shell projects across Collier and Lee counties
- Build and hold the weekly schedule; sequence trades to prevent stand-around
- Walk every phase before inspections and sign off on each pour
- Coordinate with builder PMs, engineers, inspectors, and ready-mix suppliers
- Send the builder photo + status updates by phase, before they have to ask
Requirements
- 8+ years on residential or light commercial shells in Florida
- Demonstrated track record holding schedule and budget on luxury custom homes
- Reads structural drawings cold; comfortable on the phone with engineers
- OSHA 30 required
- Clean Florida driver's license; reliable transportation between sites
